Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Large, palletized orders are shipped through FedEx or UPS, unless other shipping is requested. If needed, please request expedited shipping and specific shipping instructions on your order. Freight and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

While we strive to get all orders out as quickly as possible, our standard turnaround for in-stock items is 5-7 business days plus standard shipping time. If you need your order more quickly, please indicate the preferred method of expedited shipping. For ground orders, a rush fee may be applied to your order. Expedited shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please inquire with Haute Wrap regarding the production time for scarves not currently in stock.

Returns will be accepted only in the event of items received damaged. Any damage claim must be received within 5 days of receipt. Photographs of the packaging and product may be requested by our customer service team. Notice of loss or damage must be filed with FedEx or UPS, and all packaging materials should be retained for FedEx/UPS inspection.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval and a return credit packing slip issued by Haute Wrap. Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
